How can I lose 3-4lbs per week?

Well, I am also trying to lose weight and it sounds like you are on the right track. I prefer to ride the elliptical trainer for 35 minutes 3-4 times a week.
It is Better if you eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals.. or eat 3 well proportioned meals with 2 good snacks a day.
I have found that the fastest proven method for loosing 15 pounds without using any supplements is by doing the following:
1. Eat 5 to 6 small meals per day ( every 2 to 3 hours)
2. Eliminate all sugar, sodium and flour from your diet
3. Eat at least one portion of protein and complex carbs per meal.
4. Perform moderate exercise for at least 60 minutes every day (walking at a brisk pace), plus 20 minutes of resistance exercises at least every other day.
5. Drink at least one gallon of water per day
Don’t compare your results to others. Just know that there are people who can walk faster or slower than you. Comparing yourself is a way of getting discouraged. No two people are the same, especially with weight loss.
